Jyoti Regmi Adhikary works as Associate Professor at Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM), premier business school in Nepal. She teaches Human Resources & Organizational Behavior, and is also an Associate of the Research Degree Programs Department of KUSOM. She is the Senate Member of Kathmandu University, and is also pursuing her Ph. D. from KUSOM. She was awarded the merit-based Technical Cooperative Scheme of Colombo Plan Scholarship for her undergraduate studies in Nagpur University, India. As an Architect, she worked in different consulting firms for eight years before joining Management School. She was awarded “Mahendra Vidhya Bhushan–Kha” for the top position in EMBA (2002-2004) in KU. In her present job, apart from teaching, she is also involved in training, consulting, and academic research. She conducted workshop on Semester System and In-Semester Evaluation for faculty members at Mid-Western University, Surkhet in 2016, and she worked as team coordinator for general management training for employees of Nepal Telecom, Nepal Electricity Authority and several other organizations. She has published in national and international journals and her research interests are women leadership and career in management.
